2. Description of Service
Mailcue connects to your Gmail account via the Gmail API to assist with automated replies based on your configured knowledge base. The service categorizes incoming messages and drafts responses that you can review and send.
3. Google Account Permissions
Mailcue requires permissions to access Gmail metadata (labels, categories) and message IDs to detect whether a message has been replied to. We do not store full email content.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel anytime.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when configuring your knowledge base.
- Ensure Mailcue access is granted only to authorized accounts.
- Comply with Gmail and Google API terms of service.
6. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle data according to our Privacy Policy. We store limited metadata and do not store full email content.
7. Intellectual Property
Mailcue, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Mailcue.ai. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for any loss due to downtime.
9. Disclaimers
Mailcue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automated responses will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailcue.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
